DuGyte Systems Limited Warranty
What does this Limited Warranty cover?
This Limited Warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship in the new DuGyte Systems product accompanied by this Limited Warranty statement. Only consumers purchasing this product from an authorized DuGyte Systems retailer may obtain coverage under this Limited Warranty.
How long does the Limited Warranty coverage last?
The warranty for this product is twenty-four (24) months from the date of purchase.
What does this Limited Warranty not cover?
This Limited Warranty does not cover any problem caused by (a) commercial use, accident, abuse, neglect, shock, electrostatic discharge, heat or humidity beyond product specifications, improper installation, operation, maintenance or modification; or (b) any misuse contrary to the instructions in the User Manual; or (c) malfunctions caused by other equipment. This Limited Warranty is voided if the product is returned with removed, damaged or tampered labels or any alterations (including the unauthorized removal of any component or external cover). This limited won T is not covered a loss. Also, consequential damages; incidental damages; and costs related to installation or use are not recoverable under this warranty.
What do you have to do?
To ensure you are eligible for all Limited Warranty Coverage you are entitled to, DuGyte Systems recommends that you register your product as soon as you receive it. You can register by submitting the Product Warranty Registration Form found on this website.
DuGyte Systems will not provide any warranty coverage unless your claim complies with all terms of this Limited Warranty statement and you follow proper return procedures. To request warranty service, contact an authorized DuGyte Systems Service Center or fill out the Product Warranty Returns Form below regarding customer support within your jurisdiction. You also may obtain information regarding the location of an authorized DuGyte Systems Service Center by contacting the DuGyte Systems customer service department by emailing customerservice@maytechmusic.com or by calling (+61) 7 3398 9889.
Once DuGyte Systems or an authorized service center determines that a repair or replacement is required and meets the terms under this Limited Warranty, you’ll be required to supply your name, address, phone number, e-mail and product serial number. You will then be issued a Return Authorization Number (RAN) to use when returning product to DuGyte Systems. The product you return to DuGyte Systems must be properly packaged in its original packaging or equivalent packaging that provides the product with protection equal to the original packaging. You will then ship the product, with the shipping charges prepaid the via a shipping method that provides for tracking of your package to the address provided at the time you receive your RAN.
What will DuGyte Systems do?
If DuGyte Systems authorizes you to return their product to DuGyte Systems or authorized service provider, DuGyte Systems will replace your product without charge with the functionally equivalent replacement product. A DuGyte Systems may, at its sole discretion, elect to either repair your product or replace your product with a product that was previously used, repaired and tested to meet DuGyte System specifications. DuGyte Systems will pay to ship the repaired or replacement product to you. By sending product for replacement you agree to transfer ownership of the original product to DuGyte Systems. As such, DuGyte Systems will, at its sole discretion, decide to return or not return your original product to you. DuGyte Systems warrants that repaired or replaced products are covered for the greater of either the remainder of the original product warranty or 90 days.
